All the services, products and/or programs that are detailed and/or booked online through (“Website”) shall hereinafter be referred to as “Riseup Program”.

An end user of the Website and the attendees of the Riseup Program are herein referred to as “You” and “Your”. The responsible and authorised management officials of the Riseup Program may be herein referred to as  “We”, “Us” and “Our”.


This document details Our cancellation and no-refund policy associated with the Riseup Program. You are advised to read this policy carefully to understand Your cancellation rights associated with the services availed through the Website and the Riseup Program. By using the Website or booking the Riseup Program, You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without any modifications. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, You are advised not to book or purchase the Riseup Program tickets


Suppose You want to cancel Your confirmed Riseup Program ticket (“Ticket”). In that case, You must place Your “Cancellation Request” with Us via an email at prior to ten (10) days before the concerned Riseup Program start date (“Cancellation Time Period”).

Within 10 days of receiving your email requesting the cancellation of your prepaid Tickets, You will automatically receive a response email confirming the cancellation and detailing Your reservation for the upcoming Riseup Program.


Alternatively, You can transfer your prepaid Ticket to an eligible person of your choice. You are expected to send a request email to Us at asking to transfer your prepaid Ticket to an eligible third party “Transferee” (“Transfer Request”). It goes without saying that Your Transferee’s full name, email id and mobile number are to be included in Your Transfer Request email in order to process Your Transfer Request aptly. Our customer support team will contact the concerned Transferee and will process the Transfer Request within seven (7) days from the receipt of your Transfer Request email.  Your Transferee may also be subjected to our KYC procedures.

We reserve the right to contact You or Your Transferee through the Website, telephone and messaging apps like WhatsApp and other social media for further clarification in relation to Your Ticket Cancellation/Transfer Request.

All the Cancellation/Transfer Requests made after the Cancellation Time Period will not be entertained nor processed by Us. We reserve the right to claim processing charges associated with the cancellation claims. The decision taken by Us with regard to Your Ticket Cancellation/Transfer Request shall be final.
